If I had the time I would remove each wheel and clean every part visible (including the inside of each wheel) thoroughly. This includes the control arms, undercoating and plastic liners on the wheel wells.
My 190E cleaned up nicely inside the wheel wells.
Both cars have clean door jambs. It's even easier with bright colored cars like ours (as opposed to black or dark gray).
