Im glad to see your efforts in the W115.
Try some pb blaster on the stubborn brake line fitting, or kroil.
The dial on the injection pump is the altitude compensator. At sea level you want it turned all the counter clock wise. The it moves up in a series of 2000 ft above sea level, all the way up to 8000 ft above sea level.
