These are people that buy cars as statements and to look better than others. They do not appreciate a vehicle for its engineering and and pedigree.
I could go out right now and buy a mutt.. yes a run of the mill mutt. It can probably run fast, retrieve, sit, stay, roll over, but it does not have the pedigree of a documented pure bread German Shepard
here is an idea, take the same people from those commercials and stick them in a C63 AMG or what have you with a fresh set of tires and full tank of gas. But the same people that look at the Genesis or w/e it is don't exactly go out and blow 100k on a car
