No since there was no V8 'sportline'. They are different. The 500E is the thickest one.

I noticed a difference when I upgraded from the standard 300E bar to the Sportline/Wagon swaybar.

You can buy them from the dealer although it would be better if you could find a local junkyard with a W124 wagon since they use them.
