Standard w123 Bundts have an offset of ET30.

1244001802 have an offset ET49. The Tie rod will definitely rub on the lip of this rim. My estimate, you will probably will have to start at a 15mm spacer and increase sizes to see what actually fits. A 20mm spacer would probably work, but I think it's just way too thick. Hub centrics would be much better, but still way too thick for my taste.
