The torque for the pan bolts is 5 ft lbs. The pan drain plug is 10 and the torque converter is 11 ft lbs. The real critical one, again, is the pan bolts. Over tighten these and you run the risk of squishing (sp) the gasket. Also when you go to tighten them, it's best to go in a crisscross pattern. This will ensure the pan goes on straight.
