if you are gonna use split second controler, the 104 cis will be as simple as the 103 with cis is to tune, as long as you can find a good place for the extra injector itself to be positied, the turbo technics kits came with an additional injector holder by the way.

the fuel tuning involves using a laptop and a gas analizer in the exaust to tell the extra injector how much fuel to add fuel under boost, on a rolling road, **** u cud even do it on the fly if you fit a wideband with a display.

the car doesnt even no any of this is there, the timing is alterd in the standard way, with the 'knob' provided,~(cut the wire and turn it to the desired position, but on a 104 i'm not sure wich setting you would need though.

at 6-7 psi that ~^~ is exactly what turbo technics did, and the 320 24v made 350 bhp.

tap the sump right at the top on the 3 or 4 bolt position.

"some mods improve your car and make it into something it never was, other mods, however, although essentially the same, are not, and make that car a ricer"

if your car isnt shiny, you dont know what you are talking about, remember; paint shine = knowledge. In order to be taken seriously, you should spend all your money on paint, (and get a dyno reading).
Dont forget to polish it often
