Thanks, all. Good to know. I wasn't really sure what the recycling process was. I kind of assumed it would be OK since it all started as the same substance, but you never know. I do think our county says no coolant ... that is supposed to be dropped off on specific has waste pickup days. Though I'm sure there's a bit of coolant in a lot of people's motor oil so it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I will say the pour-in bins are great. I hated having to bottle it up and take it to Pep Boys. Now I just collect it in a big jug and every once in a while drive into town and pour.
