Hi M.B.Doc...thanks for the info, but I'm afraid that photo in the instructions, although it looks like my mirror on the outside the view inside isn't at all what I see. I can see the motor and the backside of the turn signal and it's nothing like in the photo (darn, as that looked pretty easy). Is there perhaps another version? Thanks for trying...Mark
