wagon in the limp home mode?

My E320 95 is in limp home mode! I pulled the codes and get

Pin 8 - code 11 O2S1 heater...
and code 45 - Fuel safety shut-off to engine control module (HFM-SFI or left or right LH-SFI)

Pin 14
11 Closed throttle recognition signal to engine control module (HFM-SFI or Left LH-SFI)

The wiring harness has been replaced as well as the OVP relay.

Here is what I read in the manual...

If the throttle valve is opened further than specified by the accelerator pedal because of malfunction and the Tempomat cruise control is not in use, a safety contact in the actuator switches a ground signal to the LH control unit via the electronic accelerator pedal control unit. This interrupts fuel injection, which is restored again at a certain engine speed depending on the engine!

Does this mean my ETA is SHOT? I replace it 5 years ago with a new one!

Cheers,

Franz
