Primer pump/Fuel filter change
Silly question, is the hand pump the same as the primer pump I have in my car? I'm going to change fuel filters and want to make sure I do it right. Also, I would like to verify that I should keep the top hex nut cracked, then pump until no bubbles appear, then tighten hex? Thanks again
