Disinformation ia being defined as being: deliberately misleading information announced publicly or leaked by a Government or especially by an Intelligance Agency in order to influence public opinion or the government in another Nation.
Misinformation is false or innacurate information that is spread unintentionally. It is distinguished from disinformation by motive in that misinformation is simply erroneous, while disinformation,in contrast is intended to mislead.
