I purchased the section that connects to the Slave Cylinder, with the rubber hose on the other end 1 1/2 yrs ago. Dealer price, $72.
It comes as a straight piece that has to be formed to fit.

I used the old piece as a guide, and using my 2 thumbs I did the bends. helps if the tubing is some what warm.
