There are many parts to the steering on these cars. Be sure the play is because of the steering box before you start to adjust it too much. If it is, you must take care not to adjust the steering box too tight as it will quickly fail. There is a measurment of left/right free-play to be performed at the steering wheel for correctly setting the steering box. At this time I can't remember the measurment but I'm sure one of the fellas on here can tell ya.
