I took all my "raggedy" pieces of carpet to the local upholstery guy in town and asked him how much to reproduce all those pieces in a color that's pretty close. He mentioned about 200 dollars, labor and material. He'll install the snaps and sew the border trim as well.
That seemed pretty reasonable, he's done work for me before and the money stays local.
