since you have no multimeter, try this...

Turn on your headlights, try to start it, do the headlights dim a little when you turn the key? if so, then juice is flowing.

Next, with the shifter on Park, try to push the actual shifter "forward" then crank. OR try to pull it back just a bit then crank. If the car cranks then it might be your park-neutral safety switch.

Try to get a multimeter, they cost just $2 at Harbor Freight and will save you tons of head scratching
