The deer around the Houston area are more the bambi size and have gazzell speed.I witnessed a deer crossing a 2 laned road in our subdivision ,the three others that were waiting for their turn had yet to brave the crossing.It was comical the way they all lined up and had their heads turn looking down the road for the next clear shot to freedom.At Night time you really have to make sight of them well before they do.
