Wow! Thanks for the detailed description.

From the "oris" diagram, it looks like one needs to remove the factory "nut plates" that are normally behind the sheet metal, and replace them with the
part 30, 23 & 47 sandwich? is that right?

Tripling the thickness of the bearing surfaces around the body would be a substantial improvement -- aside from the tube section carrying the load!

How does the connection between arm #36 and the main beam #23 work?
Is it bolted through the beam?
