Cleaned both flaps and checked vacuum lines for leaks. Neither flap pods will hold vacuum -- they slowly bleed down. They both do it at the same rate leading me to reckon they are engineered to do so.

What say you 210 resonance flap experts? Yes? No? Are my flaps terminal? Has anyone tried to repair the vacuum pods for these?
