I have a 1972 280se 4.5l so w108.
Now my question what is the difference between the:

45 mm : Straight Long

45 mm : Sraight Short

It seams that both are 45mm or? so what is the difference?

What came factory? Which should I use? I have now a chrome one that has rust all over. Thanks for help.
