I believe the Chief is building up the strategic oil supply so we can attack some of the people that supply us oil.

Diesel at my favorite station has taken three steps upward recently from $1.199 to $1.219 to $1.259 and just this morning to $1.299. I can still get gasolene for $1.199.

If you use fuel oil for heat you need to get it ordered and in the ground early this year in my opinion.
