I really dig your cosworth intercooler--The ideal mod would be mounting a 240d oilcooler down front horizontal --or even an aftermarket one like earl's and then moving the benz radiator to the DS 4" and the cosworth intercooler- where you put it--But the benz radiator mounting system botches that plan----maybe a metal top tank/ pressure cap??--and moving the bottom mounting bungs to the ds 4".
