I'm having the same problem oil on the side, at bootom and at rear where I believed is the selenoid. I defenelly need to remove the IP but, what do I'm looking for to prevent a catastrophe by messing with the timming. I have a 92 300SD w140 and as soon as get all inf I need I will start the process and post it as I,m working on it. The good thing we have this wonderfull site for advise and parts. please let me know how did it work out for you
