im trying to repair a dash crack so what i did is i grinded it out, put some filler in it, and so far its looking good. ive put a few coats of underocating on it to give it the texture back. however its not exactly even. i tried sanding a little bit with a fine paper but it just seems to get blocked up with the rubber... has anyone sanded it before?? i know u can grind it and thinner will also dissolve it as well.
