Sounds like the tensioner arm bushing is bad/worn, but it could be the pulley. See which one is loose with the belt tension off (takes less than 2 minutes). In rare cases the front cover can be broken, or the bolt loose at the pivot, rare.
If you have to change it, your car has a removable upper radiator brace, remove it so that you can tilt the radiator forward for more clearance. I replaced mine without removing the radiator, not sure why the FSM would say it needs to come out.
