I havent seen a huge difference in any of the CD's out there. IMO get any of them that look good to you for now. Start looking for a proper manual ie BOOK with a solid budget in mind. I got extremely lucky and just picked up 4 manuals from ebay in literally 'as new' condition for cheeeeep.
