i have, a color change is a little more difficult than just re dying a carpet.
make sure carpet is free of dust, dirt, anything. its best if removed from car. and ill wash the carpets with a degreaser first and wait for them to dry.
u can go to any detail shop and buy flexible auto dye. or locate a local SEM dealer. (if u cant find one stop at a local car dealer and ask their detailer when the distributor comes, theyre like snap on, they sell to you right off their truck)
once the dye dries out you will want to use a brush to re arrange the carpet( if that makes sense) and re coat several times, this way the dye gets 360 around all of the carpeting.
if u have questions feel free to ask, i used to do this work all the time
i attached a photo of the door panel i re sprayed with sem you will be very happy with the results
