Thanks for the reply Larry. I thought that I had accounted for all of the pieces in the picture. I did see only one of the oiler's springs, I assume the other one got chewed up. There are 5 washers shown, but only 2 were in the pan. The 2 bolts pictured are the ones that actually fell out. One got beat up pretty bad, the other one was just nicked on the thread end. I do realize the pictures were not that clear, hard to define.

The vaccum pump appears to be working as intended, with no unusual noises.
