Just figured post a update for all the 240 drivers out there that have been paying attention. Still driving my 240d daily w/ 22 psi max boost, tc in around 6 turns, delivery valve holders maxed out, high rpm screw in all the way without it's lock nut, manual fan removed, trans line pressure bumped up, and straight piped exhaust. Have yet to have any issues with anything (unless you consider excessive smoke pre-boost and a bit under boost a issue) it has 260k on the clock and still starts reliably when cold and takes me everywhere i ask it to. Still waiting for something to break

One of these days when i get around to it im going to pull my injectors, rebuild, raise pop pressure, install larger nozzles, and open the prechambers, so when that happens maybe ill do a before and after accel video or something. Financial issues prevented dyno'ing yet but that is also in the near future.
