Yep. As I mentioned in my post, it is fuse C that is the fuse that powers all the things I mention. So I have isolated the fuse of the drain. I just need to better understand what the procedure is for testing those in the circuit. I agree, that the fuse that powers the radio memory and clock had a little drain.
