I agree with the Cap'n: why do you want to do this? The fan only helps engine cooling below a certain road speed when the system does not see enough moving air, and also helps the AC coils with heat exchange. Since you are not compaining about A/C function, do you have an apparent cooling system issue? Perhaps we can help with the problem instead of patching it over and wearing something else out.
