Most certainly a Pierburg pump repackaged by Febi.
How much was your pump?
I noticed it said 'Febi-Germany on the box, but is there any small-print or label on or inside the packaging that states where it was actually made?
Last year I paid $275 for a new Pierburg pump for my '84 TD. In a Pierburg box - made in Argentina!
