I keep looking at the pictures and can't convince myself either way that its original or a repaint. My door hinge area is a little strangely sprayed too.

If it is a repaint - which is consistent with some of the indicators - it is a good quality job.

One of the indicators is the stone stars in the headlight doors while the panel below the headlights and the hood are free of rock chips. But it looks like someone really stripped a lot of trim off of it for a repaint if it really has been done.

This is one car I wouldn't pay a premium price for without looking at it in person. I'm more likely to use EBay for a plain-jane car that seems to be accurately described and reasonable in price. There have been quite a few in the past week or so for someone looking.

And I still would never send money ahead of actually seeing the car.
