Rear springs don't need to be removed to service anything other than the LCA or removing the subframe (124).

If the front is low, check the bottom of your front springs. I have found more of them broken in the last coil than un-broken, and it will lower the car somewhat.

Weak springs can also sag, as can compressed spring pads, in TX the rubber parts are always the first thing to check IMO.

New front struts might also lift the front slightly, they did mine. Probably the difference between old struts with very little gas pressure to new struts with original gas pressure.

Honestly though, if the front springs are otherwise good and the front has dropped an inch or less, it's about the height of the later 124s and I'd keep it that way, ... maybe lower the rear to match.
