No.

Seat removed by unbolting 4 10mm fasteners, at each corner of the frame.

Flip seat upside down, then remove the 6 fasteners holding the adjusting base to the bottom of the seat frame.

Reinstall your original adjusting base to the new seat frame.

Reinstall using the original 4 fasteners.

Done.

Note: Leather was available all years, but more prevalent on later cars. The 86-89 leather can be found by looking at the pleats. Full pleats = Tex, partial pleats = Leather. The 90-95 has side to side stitching for the leather, fore/aft pleat for Tex (same as 86-89).
