straight up idk wut u guys r talkin about with gearing my dads my mechanic i help him with wut i can like workin the motor hoist i ride 4 wheelers so i understand gearing with changing the wheels/tires n sprockets but 2.88 n stuff is beyond me

the way i feel is if i take my motor out of the heavier car n put it in the lighter car it should be less work for my motor but enough about mpg


i know theres a bunch of different 190s so does anyone know which one if any my motor and tranny will drop right into? me and my dad are diesel benz enthusiasts not monster garage lol

i wouldnt trust a tranny out of a 190d non turbo because my motor has a lot more torque n im in it for the long run


its a recession im just lookin for a cheap broken benz to fix with my wrecked sdl(front left wheel got ripped back ball joint broke right off)
