As far as I know, they sell only used engines. It's difficult to ask for reviews of used engines. It's always somewhat of a crapshoot when you buy one... they are dismantlers, and dismantlers -- no matter how professional -- can only ascertain a certain amount about any used motor.
Concerning the transmissions: they are known experts in Mercedes transmissions and offer a generous warranty. How many companies work on Mercedes transmissions back to the 1950s?
If you do a search on their name, on the board, you will certainly find anything negative anyone has had to say about them. One thing about these groups, they reflect human nature: if someone has a beef, it will show up. People are about one-quarter as likely (if that) to post saying "wow I love this engine/tranny/whatever that I bought a year ago from _________" as they are to post a rant as soon as something goes awry.
If the mod tells you that many members have dealt with the company; and if you don't find significant criticism... then I think you have your answer.
I am not associated with them and I haven't done a search myself. I'm just offering an observation.
