You may or may not have a crush washer. You'll be able to see it just under the fitter bolt. If not, you'll need two different size rubber "O" rings. I've found a box of various sized "O rings to work.
I doubt pep boys will have a crush washer, if you need it. You want a 19mm ID copper or aluminum, or even a composite material washer.
