I'm not sure it's available stateside (someone somewhere probably has it), but I brought a case of it back after my last TDY to Germany. It's a great, light, "summery" beer for events like the 4th of July. I think Sam Adams does a kolsch, too. Barring that, a good Belgian lager will do anytime.

Man, now I'm hungry for BBQ. Oh, and I agree on the Salmon. Ever grill it on a cedar plank? Mmmmm!!!
