This has really gone on long enough. In my 20 years of ownership, no scratches, nothing, nada, bumpkis.
OK, maybe a little rust.
In your short tenure, you tried to barbeque it in a motel parking lot, tried to balance it on its muffler, and hit another car while standing still. Now you claim that it's being repaired.... forever.
If you don't post pictures showing that it still exists in something approaching drivable form, I'm reporting you to the moderators for banishment or worse, and initiating a lawsuit in replevin for return of the vehicle.....
I'm warning you,
Al
n.b. replevin, sometimes known as "claim and delivery," is a legal remedy for a person to recover goods unlawfully withheld from his or her possession, by means of a special form of legal process in which a court may require a defendant to return specific goods to the plaintiff at the outset of the action (i.e. before judgment). Frequently used to obtain return of a automobile fraudulently obtained by promising to restore it to its former glory.
