The skins for the back should be in nice shape. They came from the same donor vehicle as the seats.

I agree that the replacement skins for the front were beat up. I was going to use them as a template and do new ones (or put them on temporarily until I could find better ones) I was also going to replace or repair the front masonite panels at the same time. It seems to be a common problem that the door pockets break off from the masonite panels, and the panels need to be reinforced where the pockets clip on. When I was shopping for front panels everyone seemed to have the same problem.
