Exactly....any idiot with money can buy the best or cheapest tools made. But there is a lot more to knowing HOW to use them correctly than neophytes are aware of. And it goes far beyond common sense...which I am increasingly aware of the older I get is not being as common as we might think.
A good torque wrench.....and a list of proper torque settings are among the first things you should get, and something everyone should have before they remove the first bolt or nut.
As well as knowing HOW to property torque a bolt. It goes beyond simply what the wrench reads. Oil on the threads can give a false reading.
