Well as far as paying bills, anyone who buys into online bill payments better NOT have one of the banks that are still gaming the system ---Choosing which payment to make first instead of the order they need to be---So they can hit you with a late payment debit card charge.
Because..... The reforms that were made to the "system" to protect consumers ---DO NOT COVER AUTOPAYMENT ACCOUNTS--NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
