once you have bypassed the alien t-stat...

make sure all fuel hose connections are tight but loosen the metal fuel lines at the nut on the injectors by one full turn or two.

Now, crank the engine at WOT (wide open throttle) until you see no air bubbles on the nuts at the injectors. (do not crank for more than 30 seconds at a time)

If you get that far and are happy with the fuel coming out of the hard injector lines, then tighten them back up and try to start.





You should inspect your glowplugs also.
