In the first video it does not come on. Just put the hose going to alda in mouth or on mighty vac and give it some pressure. It should hold. Also the nipple bolt on manifold and alda can get clogged. Either way with plugged ALDA you should be able to get it to 80. which is why I am voting linkage. Get a helper (I used 35lb dumbbell) to push the pedal all the way down. You will see a little trigger/hammer on the engine side of the IP come up. If not hitting the protrusion on the IP then your not getting full fuel. Adjusting those 2 bolts on the linkage under the intake manifold is a PITA but will make a world of difference.
