yea i checked to see if any of the lines to the alda were blocked. i took the barb off on the manifold. stuck a tiny allen wrench in. it was covered in gross black goop.
then i did a test with the barb off and it definitely got a boost reading. i changed both of my fuel filters today. not much different.

So i do think ill have to clean that out but thats a whole other problem, previous owner dident use correct size allen wrenches and stripped the cross over tube and few of the intake manifold bolts. ugh :/

i dont think the timings off because it runs pretty much perfect otherwise.
its just not quite there yet.

Winmutt. i tried to find this trigger/hammer you spoke of and i had no luck finding it. could you be a little more detailed on where it is?

if you are referring to the manual stop lever. it almost never goes more than 35* above level.
