Maybe I'm lucky. I live in the Palm Springs area that is even hotter than Vegas. I've had an '87, a '91, a now own a '93 300CE and a '95 E420. AC has worked like a champ on all of them (thank god!) I was out yesterday (105F) and the AC in the 300CE actually came to the dialed temp and throttled down. I'm one happy camper
