The Tech Manual has 615, 616, 617 Engines at 30 NM
I was not able to find the 617.95* Engineone
The Charts below are from the FSM. (Is there only 3 Bolts holding the 616 Housing?)
I used the 20-25 on 617.952 but did not have room to torque 2 of the Bolts so I replaced 2 of the Allen head Bolts with Hex Head bolts.
I was able to squeeze a 3/8" drive Beam Type Torque Wrench in there.
I can see why in one of the Posts the Mechanic removed the Steering Box. That way you have more room for the Torque Wrench and to remove the pieces of Old Gasket
