My 85 300d ate third gear.
Manua trans. Its still eating it. Luckily I found a local used replacement for $75. Sounds like a rock grinder having sex with a cash register. GRRR GRRR GRR DING GRRR GRR GRRRR GURGLE GURGLE DING.
