Easier way
I think that this is much easier to access if you take the instrument cluster out. Some people say that they have trouble with the speedometer cable, but I find that if I hook up everything else first (oil line, electrical connector, bulbs, spade for the clock) then I can just reach in and spin the speedo collar on.
